At the end of the course students will be able to :

Apply knowledge from physical, biological and behavioral sciences including alternative systems and nursing in providing nursing care to
Demonstrate competency in the skills & techniques of nursing using nursing process
Render comprehensive care to family and community by using nursing process and evidence based practice
Demonstrate critical thinking skill in making decisions in all situations in order to provide quality care
Take up leadership role as first level managers in nursing service and education
Recognize the need for continued learning for their personal and professional development
Participate in promotive, preventive and restorative health care delivery system
Practice moral & ethical values in nursing profession
Apply the knowledge of research methodology and conduct need based research projects
